Jennifer is a native North Carolinian and has been a full time Realtor since 2009. This is her second career. She began working in newspapers in nearby Morganton and in Fayetteville, NC, leaving to pursue a graduate degree and work in New York City, Boston, and New Jersey. A love of houses, rehabbing and people launched her second career in suburban Basking Ridge, NJ, where she and husband Vann raised their three children. When two of the kids selected N.C. for college they knew their love for Carolinablue had not fallen on deaf ears. Jennifer was a luxury agent in N.J., and is successfully continuing her practice in long-chosen Asheville. A recent 2022 highlight was listing and selling a grand Grove Park beauty for $200,000 over asking. Yet she confesses to a soft spot for young clients buying their first-time home!

Jennifer likes easy hikes, art openings, all the fun things that brought her to Asheville.
